GreedFall is an action RPG that focuses on giving players the tools to explore its unique world and fleshing out a squad of companion characters for players to learn about and grow close to. Developed by the French studio Spiders, GreedFall revolves around a tropical island in a fantasy setting inspired by the 17th century. Its world ties together early firearms, magic, and melee weapons as players act as a neutral party during the island’s colonization. Along the way, players have to make political decisions, defeat fantastical monsters, and try to cure the terrible disease known as the malichor. Of course, it also is a ripe environment to earn some beautiful trophies in.

Walkthrough
You can get most of the trophies done in a single playthrough by getting just one in a brief second one for this platinum trophy. However, this will require playing the game on the hardest difficulty, highly punishing players, especially new ones. However, failing to follow this walkthrough to get as many trophies in one go will result in having to do multiple, possibly up to five. So, just like the game, the walkthrough begins with you making your character.
Character Creation
The most crucial aspect of creating your character is ensuring you play as a woman. This will allow you to get all but one of the romances in the game done in just one playthrough. You can go whatever type of character you wish, but by far, the easiest to beat the game on extreme difficulty with is a technical build. This will allow you to keep your distance from enemies while dealing significant damage with guns and traps. It also allows you to dodge any enemies that do get too close to you, so make sure you invest in the skills Roll, Lightning Dash, and Rifle heavily. You also should focus on leveling up Accuracy as high as possible to keep your hits hitting where you want them to. From there, you approach your playthrough how you wish, but you may want to look at staying on top of getting new armor and weapons as much as possible and enhancing your gear with upgrades.
Romance Everything
During your first playthrough, you’ll be trying to romance Vasco, Kurt, and Siora. To do so, you’ll have to play through all of their companion quests and choose the suitable dialogue options to make sure you build a strong enough relationship with them. You also will want to play through the companion quests of the two other companions for the Friendship Above All trophy on your first playthrough.
Play Everything
Another big part of your first playthrough will be doing as much side content as possible. Not all of it will build towards a trophy, but getting more levels and resources will undoubtedly make your playthrough much more manageable in the long run. Many of them also work for completing the various trophies for building your alliances with every faction.
Save Exploits
To get as much done in your first playthrough as possible, you’ll have to do quite a lot of manual saves and replaying through chunks of the game. As you go, make sure not to build up any negative relationship points with any factions. Otherwise, it could make you do another playthrough to get their favor. The crucial saves you have to make are:
- Right before talking to Constantin in The Prince’s Secret.
- Save before getting all of the romances of Kurt, Vasco, and Siora and reload it after getting each one.
- Save before selecting someone to crown as High King so that you can reload and pick each option.
- After completing Together for Teer
The De Vespe Conspiracy
You also will have to play through the side quests added in the De Vespe Conspiracy expansion. You can do this at any time, and the content should only take around two hours to complete. It also can entirely be done in one playthrough without having to exploit manual saves.
The Second Playthrough
Once you’ve gotten every trophy except for Love and Botany, you are ready to start your second playthrough. For this one, make a male character and play on the easiest difficulty. Then, just play as fast as possible to reach Aphra, complete her companion quests, and then romance her. If you do it on the easiest difficulty and don’t do any side content, it should only take you around two hours to finish it.

FAQs
Question: What is the Max Level in GreedFall?
Answer: The max level players can reach is 90, which you will likely get to through doing all of the side content on extreme difficulty.
Question: Can you Return to Serene?
Answer: No, make sure you do everything in Serene that you wish to before you leave at the start of the game, as there is no way to ever return in that playthrough once you leave.
Question: How to Level up Quickly in GreedFall?
Answer: If you are having trouble with extreme difficulty and want some extra levels to help you along there is a pretty quick way to level your character up. The easiest way to do this is to travel to San Matheus and kill all of the low-level humans around the nearby campfire. Then, just rest at the campfire for two days to get them to respawn and repeat the process. Since they are so low-level they should be fairly easy for you to deal with, even on extreme difficulty.
